Hiring the Hall

Location

The Hall is located on the water’s edge of Woy Woy Channel and the Brisbane Waters, just opposite Lions Park at the end of North Burge Road, Woy Woy.

Facilities

The hall can provide the following facilites

  • Tables, chairs, crockery & cutlery for 60 people
  • Stainless Steel Kitchen equiped with Oven, Microwave, Kettles, 
  • 2 Toilets & showers
  • BBQ
  • WiFi & AV Equipment

 

Private Functions

This covers all private bookings for the Hall and includes weddings, children’s birthday parties and christenings, other parties (excluding 18ths and 21sts) and other private functions. Please find our fees and charges below:

  • $300 for the 1st 6 hours hour for Weekends & Public Holidays (8am - 10pm) $50 per hour after.
  • Please note this includes use of kitchen and BBQ facilities – please request these if needed.
  • $50 per hour for Weekdays (Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-6pm) – MINIMUM 2 HOURS. Please note this includes use of kitchen, folding tables and approx. 60 chairs.
  • For BBQ facilities – please request these if needed.
  • $500 Security Deposit.
  • $30 per hour for previous day set up from 6pm.

 

Community Groups & Charitable Events

This covers all Community Group bookings like Mothers Club Meetings, Senior Citizen Clubs, and Book Clubs as well as any Charitable Fundraising events or initiatives (e.g., Cancer Council, MS Foundation etc). These can be for one off hires and regular use. To secure these bookings at these prices, proof of charitable status and or incorporation will need to be provided in addition to references. Please find our fees and charges below:

  • $50.00 per hour for Weekend & Public Holidays (8am - 11pm); - MINUMUM 2 HOURS.
  • $25.00 per hour for Weekdays (Mon-Fri 8am-10pm); MINUMUM 2 HOURS

Please note these fees include use of kitchen, folding tables and approx. 60 chairs. BBQ facilities – please request these if needed.

 

Corporate Functions

This covers all corporate and commercial events that can include training, classes & tuition, and other commercial functions. These can be for one off events or regular hire. All fees and charges include cleaning and resupply. Please find our fees and charges below:

 For One Off Hire:

  • $100 per hour for Weekend & Public Holidays (8am - 10pm); - MINUMUM 3 HOURS.
  • $100 per hour for Weekdays (Mon-Thu 8am -5pm, Fri 8am-6pm) – MINIMUM 3 HOURS.
  • $35 BBQ use.
  • $30 Internet Wifi use & AV equipment set up
  • $500 Security Deposit.
  • $50 Booking Fee.
  • $30 per hour for previous day set up

 

Scouts & Guides

Bookings for Scouts Groups and Members of the Scouts Australia Association and Girl Guides need to be made directly through the Group Leader or Leader in Charge
